anyone know of any good desktop dividers, im currently using Desktop Organizer & Arranger

Sometimes while online i do get into a download frenzy, next thing you know ive got 200 icons on my desktop. Before moving them I wish i could easily arrange them in windows or groups on my desktop by simply dragging. (before dumping them into the correct folders.
Im hugely disappointed windows hasn't changed anything regarding this area of the desktop.

Or does anyone know of a software that when you click it it displays like a regular windows folder would, but has a grid of windows inside it. Its a pretty basic concept but i haven't found anything much for either of these to that would allow for easy / quick sorting of files.
